Great view from the rooms overlooking the river. the location is pretty, surrounded by old buildings and in a quiet area. Breakfast offers a wide variety of foods and drinks.
Unfriendly service staff and the food quality is not worth it. Some rooms are located in a separate building which is inconvenient.

I didn't have time - I had to walk to the station because at 07.15 there was no taxi to be found. Bircher-Müsli great - I took some bread with me and ate it in the bus to Freiburg - then back to Göttingen.
I enjoyed it all. In room 211 the shower head is calcified and also the water tap. Do you need bars against mosquitoes in summer?

Lovely position and the restaurant was excellent, particularly the breakfast. Beautiful indoor pool.
The safe in our room didn't work but the staff really didn't care.

Breakfast was quite good with variaty of products. Internet in room was very good. Room is vast and comfort.
There is no aircondition so in warm weather it is very hot in the room. Bath is in bad condition and the water is not going to the sewer so you stand in pool when you take a shower. The structure of the hotel is very complicated and it is difficult to find your way to room.

Located in the heart of a charming city, this hotel offers captivating views of the Rhine river. the room is comfortable and clean, with a balcony to enjoy the view. the breakfast is decent and the staff is helpful.
The restaurant is not recommended for dinner, as the food is of poor quality and the service is very unfriendly.

The location of the hotel is lovely with an excellent view over the Rhine from my room. Comfortable room.
The service provided by the staff was terrible. I ate in the restaurant, the food was good but staff were like unsmiling sleep-walkers. Completely inattentive to the needs of the diners and unfriendly. When I came to check out I found the same bad attitude - it took 25 minutes and the receptionist was surly and completely unconcerned with the large queue that built up as she so so slowly did her job. Avoid.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location, perched at the top of a hill, provided breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the picturesque river. It truly felt like a hidden gem, away from the hustle and bustle of the lower town. The staff were incredibly friendly, going out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, complete with a balcony allowing me to soak in the stunning vistas. I particularly appreciated the amenities provided, such as heating and an in-room safe, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the restaurant and bar area were top-notch, serving delicious meals and drinks to satisfy my culinary desires. The breakfast spread was especially impressive, offering a wide selection of delectable options. I was thoroughly impressed with the location, service, and amenities offered at this hotel.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The combination of an idyllic location, excellent service, and well-appointed rooms makes it an ideal choice for anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Very good localisation, nice big room. Good staff at the reception, and room service. Good wine to buy at hotel.
Staff at breakfast need to be train, the level of the service was very low and quality of food too - it is a pity for this hotel.
